This went to voicemail so we had to leave a message. Fortunately someone turned up within 10 minutes. The checkin was rather rudimentary & rushed. Despite the hotel description stating that it had a bar & lounge, these were not open that evening & no staff were present in the hotel. The Bistrot de Quai, which we were recommended to try for...
