"This is an awesome property that is apparently well managed. The cabin and fishing dock has everything you will need for your stay and the layout is good for small groups of friends or a small family. Due to the weather the fishing could have been better, but some of our guys caught 2.5 to 3 lb Bass and one guy lost 2 lunkers due to broken lines (not a fish story.....I saw it!). I think the lake is managed for big bass and catfish as we caught few small bass and no bluegill. If you catch good weather you will catch fish here!We will be back!!!"

"Cabin The cabin was absolutely perfect for us. We were in the area for our grandmothers funeral. This was the perfect house for my siblings and I to all be able to stay together. Thank you so much for making it available! The rooms were very comfortable with everything we needed (and more) provided. We enjoyed the walking trails immensely! The kids found lots of bones, rocks and saw wildlife! Thank you for sharing this space with us. It was a very special family gathering. "

"The kids and I stayed here for the week of Valentine’s Day and it was a great stay. Clean..nice and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t notice was WiFi but that ain’t no deal breaker. It was a great stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again."

"This was an instant book so my credit card was charged immediately. I messaged the owner, as instructed by VRBO, for check in information. No response. I chatted with VRBO, they made an attempt to contact him, no luck. The phone number provided for the owner was not a working number. We were not able to check in. I read similar reviews but couldn’t believe VRBO would allow this property to remain if they were true. Trust the reviews! In the end, VRBO assisted me with a refund. "
