"The views are beautiful from the deck and the space accommodates a large mixed group of adults and kids comfortably. We rented the whole property: house, apartment over garage, cabin and all 3 RV hookups.House: Clean & plenty of sleeping options. Huge deck was great for grilling with amazing views of the mountains, reservoir and milkyway! We were disappointed that there were no kayaks for use as advertised and that the house sits beyond walking distance to the lake which was vague in the listing. The hot tub was great! We didnt use the fire pit due to the fire ban- but that wasn't the hosts fault or an issue anyway since its summer and the lake was calling. The cooler wasn't operational in the house and it would have been nice during the hot day. It would have been OK to cool the house with open windows at night but a lot of windows didn't have screens so we had some buggy visitors attracted to the inside lights. Water usage out there is on a well so you need to be very mindful of how long showers are and how much water you use.Apartment: Cute and comfy! The queen bed was really nice!! And it was great to have the additional bathroom.Cabin: Loved how rustic - think glamping RV Hookups were regular outlets so make sure you have a 3-prong adapterOverall its a lovely place to get away from the world, the wifi worked great at the house when you need to be connected and you can count on not having cell service anywhere else beyond that; which is a beautiful thing."
