END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €150/ Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25 per week or short stay.
A participation in charges of €25/week or short stay will be required between mid-October and mid-June included.
A cleaning deposit of €150 will be requested on arrival by bank imprint or check.
