"Beautiful surroundings. There are several apartments in one building. It is quite noisy: our upstairs neighbours (a family with two children) moved the chairs until late in the evening and you can almost literally hear conversations. The house is very simply furnished: no television, no dishwasher. The kitchen is moderately equipped. The garden makes up for a lot; lots of space, nice swimming pool."

"We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. Die Hunde sind so lieb und unsere Kinder hatten die größte Freude, weil Tokyo beim Sprung in den tollen Pool immer zugesehen hat :) Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. "Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."
