He came to see us that night and told my son to close the only window in his room, as it was broken. Luckily it was not too hot a weekend or he would have roasted. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. "Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

"My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area."

"Bad stay - the host did not send me check in details on the day of check in so I had to chase her up and she didn't even apologise for the hassle. One of the mattresses is so uncomfortable, you can Feel the springs. If you travel as 2 the host locks the bedroom doors for 1 room, is there any need? Overall, the place is okay but the hassle is not worth it "

"Unfortunately didn’t get to experience the property as our host cancelled which I didn’t find out until I messaged them the night before requesting information, terrible experience which ultimately ruined the planned weekend as nothing else available 16 hours before departure, if I hadn’t text I would of arrived and turned away ??? "I have stayed at the Bull Hotel once before because I live in Skegness and I needrd to catch an early train from Peterborough. So, when I needed to do the same thing the Bull was the obvious place to stay. There is plenty of parking, with two EV chargers. I programmed my car's sat nav with 3 Fitzwilliam Street Peterborough as the archway over the entrance to the carpark is immediately to the left of number 3. The room I had was clean, tidy comfortable with two armchairs. The bed was comfy. I ate breakfast there. Breakfast is a buffet. Breakfast was an enjoyable experience. To quote MacArthur when thr Japanese invaded the Philippines 'I shall return'."
