"Very unique, historic building with very nicely updated rooms maintaining the charm of it! Breakfast was fantastic and it was a perfect stop on our ring road trip. Big bonus getting to meet one of the cats they look after on the property as well (coming from a family of cat lovers!)"

"We stayed with two kids and it was great. Nice friendly staff and animals. We didn’t try the hot tub or sauna but they looked great and we saw others trying them out. Breakfast was good (especially the cakes!). Very close to Krokur (small town) and lots of activities nearby (horse riding, hot spa, turf houses)"

"Friendly staff, warm, clean, cozy room with a private bath. The building has a common living room and a shared kitchen with everything you need to cook. Keep in mind that the nearest grocery store or restaurant is 30 minutes away. There are three wonderful dogs that patrol the farm and ste your hearts for some ball throwing and pets. Great location if you have plants to go towards Akeyaki or Western Iceland."
