"I stayed at this hotel on May 15 and was very disappointed with my experience. I’ve stayed here three times before and never had issues like this, but this visit was completely different. The room was dirty when we arrived. There were dirty towels left on the floor, and the bathroom had bugs. I even grabbed a tissue and found worms on it. There were also a couple of small dirty towels in the bathroom that had worms on them as well. On top of that, the room only had one towel. When I called the front desk to request more, I was told I would need to go to the office myself to pick them up. I did not pick them up, but I was surprised they even expected guests to do that considering the condition of the room. For $330 a night, this felt like a complete rip-off. I expected a clean room and much better customer service. Very disappointing experience overall, especially since I had enjoyed my previous stays here."

"We had a fantastic stay at this penthouse in Key Largo. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the marina made the sunrises and sunsets unforgettable. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to restaurants and activities. Check in was quick and easy and the communication with our hosts was top notch. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We’d definitely stay here again."

"This condo was great. Kitchen was adequately supplied. Location was great, we were in town for a wedding at The Lighthouse Beach Wedding, less than 5 minutes away. Pool closest to our building was comfortably warm with lounge chairs and pool noodles for floating. The property was nice for walking each day. A lot of great restaurants nearby. Lock Box for key took us a few minutes to find as we did not know it was located on the ground floor around the corner from the elevators. This unit was a great value."
