"Very upset with the communication of this rental. I booked this rental for a weekend getaway with the family. I received an email a couple of days ahead of the booking reminding me of my trip and that I was all set. Then on check in day, I realized that I needed the check in information. "Lovely suburb outside Chicago, with all the amenities you'd need for a relaxing getaway. The area was peaceful with plenty of local restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend it for a cozy and convenient stay near Chicago. I had a great time!"

very good overall

"Overall stay was very good. Elevator improvement was in process and it did take long for single elevator and for service elevator to arrive, but that was an inconvenience. Room was clean and each day it was cleaned and fresh. Only other minor inconvenience was that normal noise from outside room of people talking etc. travelled into the room easily so guest returning to their rooms late at night was louder than should be. "
