"The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had sent a message to the hotel prior regarding pillows and a refrigerator, but neither request was fulfilled when we arrived. I had to request again only to find our that refrigerators are not in the rooms even though the written response said differently. The room itself was dusty and a bit unclean on the surfaces of furniture but tbe bathroom was very clean. We seemed to be in the older section. Otherwise the Fulton Cafe had terrifi breakfast and it was a great location on the strip."

"Stayed in town for 42 hours for the Boyz II Men concert and decided that wouldn’t be enough time to explore the city and spend time in a Terrace Suite (though that’s what I wanted). So I opted for the city view room with 2 queens instead and the view was amazing!!!! Everything was amazing and perfect and I’ll definitely be back to stay in The Cosmopolitan again."
