The 120 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a TV as well as children's books and toys.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

The beach Playa del Lance Nuevo is just a few meters away from the front door. An array of restaurants, bars, cafés, and a supermarket can all be reached on foot within a minute (under 60 meters).
