"I would not pick this place again"

"The hotel was ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris with free shuttle bus to Parks. Although the buses are often busy and packed. Although we were not due to check in until 3pm - the kind lady on reception allowed us access to 1 of our 2 rooms booked. The room was clean although carpets were old and worn. We opted to not have our room cleaned for our 5 night stay and expected a gift at the end of our stay as compensation for not using the room service and help by reusing towels. We were...

"Hotel was is the middle of a major remodel, which was not communicated to us before arrival or we would have booked elsewhere. They did discount our booking by 10% for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture. First room was dirty and poorly maintained. The staff were very helpful when we raised these concerns, and they upgraded our room after the first night. The new room was much better, but we were really put off by the first night and the ongoing construction."

"This is a great little hotel very conveniently placed in central Paris with nice rooms. A very short (2 mins) walk to 3 different metro lines. Lots of food options around. The rooms are decent size for the price. The day staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff is very nice too. The breakfast is good with varied options. "The rooms in the hotel are spotless, modern and comfortable. Aircon is brilliant and perfect when it’s 35 degrees outside. Shower is powerful. Like all rooms in Paris they are very small. The one thing the hotel could improve is that the carpets are terrible - grubby with stains on. Also they have a nice coffee machine and provide a single pod upon arrival. But then after that you have to buy them at reception for €3 each. Ridiculous!! We didn’t have breakfast as we chose to get pastries and...
