"The hotel is quant and clean. The atrium is beautiful. The people are very friendly and helpful. Service is 100/10. Only issue, the elevator was out of order. The staff carried our luggage up the stairs to 2nd floor."

"Rooms are clean and very spacious. The pool area is large and clean and is a hit with families. The shuttle to Disneyland is very convenient BUT it is SO crowded that it feels unsafe at times and there were a couple times we literally could not get on so we had to wait for the following one. This was frustrating considering they have two empty buses sitting in the parking lot that we did not see move for our 5 day stay. Perhaps another driver would alleviate this problem? Otherwise would definitely stay again. The location is perfect with a reasonable price."

"I chose this property for its recent high rise construction making it more soundproof and comfortable air conditioning and other amenities. I also chose it for the rooftop bar and I was disappointed it was closed for renovations but no mention on website or booking which would have made a difference since I could have stayed at another citizen M or another Marriott hotel."

"It’s a two star hotel so don’t expect anything too fancy but it’s very very clean and the air-conditioning works and it’s closed to all the amenities. It’s very easy to use the metro there. It’s a big station. I don’t really know how to get a better location for the price. The staff is great If you get there a little after midnight and you bang on the door and nobody answers right away don’t panic, they’re coming"
