"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

"I liked this hotel and the staff were excellent keep in mind this is an old hotel that was in good condition. The hotel and the rooms were cold. It was the first cold snap of the year and it was cold in the rooms. Even at 0°c outside, inside you still needed a jacket inside. The restaurant was good and the pizzas were pretty tasty. There are a ton of places to eat in this town and quite a variation. "

When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning"

"When we booked our stay we were very excited and the reviews were generally pretty good. When checking in, there was no staff to help us. At night there was screaming, yelling, drinking, smoking and loitering outside our room (below our balcony) which kept us up pretty much all night both nights. When trying to contact front desk, there was no one around to help.
