"Best location in Kiahuna Plantation! You can’t get closer to the water without being on a boat. Perfect sandy beach directly in front of condo that is mostly protected from the bigger surf. If you like the sound of the ocean, this is the condo for you."

"It was a very family friendly condo and resort, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The living room was large enough that we could leave the sofa bed open for our son and still have plenty of room in the daytime. Kim was great at communicating before our arrival and offered many island suggestions for activities and outings. The condo had great beach gear so we didn’t need to pay for rentals, and we loved the convenience of parking right outside our condo for our many outings. The only downside is that the condo is adjacent to the main road at the edge of the resort so we could hear a lot of cars at night (the windows only have wood shutters and don’t fully close). Overall we were very happy with our stay!"

"Book it! Is it a 5 star resort? No. But the lace was exactly what we needed. Host had some cool beach amenities. Overall place was clean. Keep in mind all units are a tropical open style with shutters. Really didn’t have a big problem so don’t believe the BS. They did do a pest treatment while we were there on the building but didn’t affect our stay. There’s a few items that can be addressed for maintenance but not deal breakers. Location for us was great, close to pool, coffee and laundry. Beach access was actually prime time cause we spent most of our beach time at Poipu and there was access thru the resorts. The bad….no coffee filters lol. We bought a pack and some travel cups and left them there. Hopefully future guest can utilize them. That’s not something I think the host can really be on the hook for our stay on top of. The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for the kids. There’s a little mildew in the bathroom but it’s a design flaw as well as the climate and style of the units. It’s a tropical paradise people! The stove appeared to be cleaned by the resort and put back incorrectly. Few minutes of messing with it and we go the burners reconnected and the oven to close properly. Overall I would 100% recommend booking the unit and will keep it as a option for future trips to Poipu. It’s a bottom unit but doesn’t have direct access to the grass but again these things weren’t huge for us."

"Our stay was wonderful, the property was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed! Would love to come back here someday. the ground level unit was perfect with kiddos who could run around on the grass, quick walk to the beach and pool. We love Kauai! The unit has lots of essentials like spices and oil that was helpful. It was very nice to have AC but also I loved that the unit had slatted walls to allow for the lovely cross breeze to blow through, felt very tropical. But note that it leaves a little less privacy because of the slatted doors, which was ok for our family."
