The hot water ran out half way through our first shower and the bathroom sink was blocked, full of water with phlegm floating in it and the dishes had put away dirty. "We had a great night staying here In a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking Etna. The swimming pool area is lovely, the owners were very helpful and welcoming. They provided plenty of bedding and towels and bathroom toiletries. The apartment is very comfortable and well provided with air conditioning and a small terrace to sit out and look up at Etna. The pizza restaurant opposite serves great food and drinks at a very reasonable price."

"We spent an idyllic week at Residence Terra Rossa in April. We found the landscaped gardens inside the gated property to be delightfully peaceful with beautiful views of the coast below. The manager was extremely helpful with directions and information ahead of our arrival, making our late evening arrival and self check-in very smooth and stress free.
