Zen House Vacation Home with Sea View, Shared Pool, and Wi-Fi

With stunning views of the Atlantic, the recently renovated 'Zen House' vacation home is located in Puerto Rico. The 50 m² property features a living room with a non-double sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome package for the first day only, including breakfast, water, oil, coffee, and toilet paper. For stays longer than 10 days, a complimentary change of bed linen and towels is provided. Extra cleaning is available upon request and subject to availability, for an additional fee. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with satellite channels and streaming services, washing machine, air conditioning, and heating.



This vacation home offers a private outdoor terrace and access to shared facilities, including a fenced pool and outdoor shower. Use of the pool is subject to condominium rules.



The property is close to the beach, with public transport within walking distance. Puerto Rico town center and a supermarket are 500 meters away.



Free street parking is available (not in yellow-marked areas).



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The apartment interior is barrier-free. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present in common areas.



The property provides instructions for correct waste separation; more information is available on site. The house also adopts water and energy-saving solutions.
