Sick most of the week - will not be back

On the first day we loved everything about the hotel - the rooms, the pool area and the food. But then one of us got sick with stomack virus (noro) and then one after one we got sick until all five of us were down, some even with fever. So our very expensive all inclusive week (+7000ā‚¬) turned out to be a big disappointment as all of us had trouble with our stomachs even after getting up again, and none of us really felt like eating from the buffet - we only had a little plain bread, fruit, pasta and so for the rest of the week. Also, the hotel didnā€™t seem to care about the situation even though we were obviously not the only sick guests (there was vomit in the corridots and they told us we were not). By the end of the week they put disinfectant forward in the restaurant but that was a very slow reaction - and also they could have made guests more aware of the importance of using it, e.g. on info screens. Thumbs up, however, to the cleaning staff who were the only ones who seemed to care. They did a great job. We will not come back. Luckily we had another week in a self-catered apartment after our week at Bull Dorado - it cost way under half of this week (food included) and was so much better in all terms. Of course the hotel cannot avoid that people get sick but at least they could have an attitude of regret and try to take precautions.

Plus: bra poolomrƄde, bra spaavdelning. Rent och frƤscht. Bra lƤge till strand, buss och stad. Minus: sega/trasiga hissar som innebar lƄnga vƤntetider. BuffƩn hade bra utbud men kvaliteten pƄ maten var inte den bƤsta. Restaurangen ƶppnade Ƥven lite i senaste laget (kl. 13) fƶr smƄbarnsfamiljer. AC:n fungerade inte pƄ vƄrt rum och vi hƶrde frƄn andra gƤster att deras inte heller fungerade. Personalen pƄstƄr dock att den funkar. Nedkylningen av rummet skƶttes istƤllet av takflƤktar.

LƤget Ƥr perfekt med promenadavstƄnd till ANFI BEACH (Ca 15-20 min) och vill man kan man istƤllet ta bƄten frƄn hamnen som tar dig till ANFI, PUERTO RICO samt MOGAN. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka pƄ hotellet som har fantastiska rum, stora och rymliga med en undebar utstikt ƶver solnedgƄngen pƄ kvƤllen. Vi hade all inclusive sƄ fri tillgƄng till mat, dryck men Ƥven SPA avdelningen som var underbar och Ƥven barnen uppskattade den. PƄ taket har dem en solterrass med bubbelbad och fantastisk utsikt (Kan Ƥven rekommendera besƶk dƤr vid solnedgƄngen). Allt var verkligen toppen och kan verkligen rekommendera andra att besƶka detta hotell, vi kommer absolut komma tillbaka hit.
