Our apartment "Willi" offers modern facilities on 30 m2. The apartment is located on the first floor and is barrier-free accessible. It has a bedroom with living area, hallway with kitchen and dining area and daylight bathroom. From the bedroom you get to a small outdoor seating with access to the common house garden.
Hallway with kitchen and dining area: reception area with wardrobe, dining table with 2 chairs, fully equipped fitted kitchen (electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils for 2 people).
Bedroom with living area: double bed 2 x 2 m, bedside tables, bedside lamp, closet, table, chair, armchair, full-length mirror, smart TV, access to outdoor sitting area
Daylight bathroom: floor-level shower, sink, hairdryer, toilet. Pets are not allowed.

Only 2021 we have completed the two apartments and equipped with everything your heart desires. With 75sqm apartment "Maja" offers comfortable space for up to 4 people, apartment "Willi" accommodates with 30sqm up to 2 people. At the foot of the Albtrauf with the imposing Mössinger Bergrutsch, Belsen captivates with its quiet yet central location on the southern outskirts of Mössingen. The historic Belsen church and the old village center with its traditional farmhouses are just as enchanting as the magnificent, expansive view of the Farrenberg and the typical Swabian orchard meadows. As a starting point for day trips, there is a lot to experience in our surroundings: Excellent hiking and biking trails, the lively town center of Mössingen with numerous stores and opportunities to stop for a bite to eat, various leisure and recreational activities as well as sights in the region, the historic university town of Tübingen and much more. Or you can simply relax on our sun terrace or in our house garden with a snack of fresh honey from our own production. For those interested, the sympathetic landlord and beekeeper gives an introduction to beekeeping and with a little luck you will be there for the honey harvest and can experience firsthand how the sweet gold is made. In the immediate vicinity: bakery, restaurants and a small village store are within walking distance. 1.8 km to the shopping center with supermarkets and drugstores. A few minutes walk to the premium hiking trail "Dreifürstensteig" and the panoramic trail "Streuobst". Offer for bicycle tours in the Steinlach valley. 2.5 km to the town center of Mössingen. 3,5 km to Bad Sebastiansweiler with sulfur bath and sauna area. 3 minutes walk to the bus stop (bus line to Mössingen) and 1 km to the train station Bad Sebastiansweiler-Belsen and train station Mössingen.
