"Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, leider mit kleinen Einbußen. Für den Whirlpool war kein „Stöpsel“ auffindbar und somit war er nicht nutzbar. Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht schließen und sollte von daher nicht mehr benutzt werden, was der Vermieterin auch bekannt war, leider so nicht kommuniziert wurde und am Abend vor der Abreise zu etwas „Umstand“ führte. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder. Lieben Dank😊"

"Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...

"Vi boede i en comfort lejlighed med balkon. Den var rigtig lækker, køkkenet havde alt. Knægten var rigtig glad for det effektive internet. Udsigt til vandet til den ene side og bjerge til den anden. Vi kommer gerne igen. "

"Great hotel, fantastic views, excellent spa facilities. Room excellent - spacious with cooking facilities in the private hall rather than the bedroom itself so you do not need to sleep with stale cooking smells. Very well equipped, though in summer the lack of air con may be a factor. Only downside was the pillows (though that and the lack of air con seems to be a common problem in hotels in Germany)."

"... bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass kein Frühstück inklusive dabei sei, aber wir hatten es bei Expedia gebucht... das Hotel war so kulant nichts extra zu nehmen für das exklusive Frühstück!?! Was läuft da schief bei wem ?"
