"Nach langer Anreise war die erste Hürde die Parkplätze des Hotels zu finden, diese waren sehr schlecht Aus-/ Beschildert. Die Anreise in der Nacht machte das Ganze nicht leichter. Hotel machte einen sehr neuwertigen und gepflegten Eindruck, welcher schnell getrübt wurde da wir beim einräumen des Gepäckes in den Schrank, von Silberfischen überrascht wurden. Das Zimmer ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, das Bett ist allerdings nur 1,40cm breit! Zu allem Überfluss war die Matratze dann auch noch...

"Einfache Ausstattung, keine Pantry obwohl es eher eine FeWo ist. Stil Jugendzimmer mit Bad. Ruhig, aber zu teuer für die Ausstattung und 30€ Endreinigung noch dazu. Dafür das es nur zum Schlafen genutzt wurde. B&B ist normal günstiger."

"I stayed here for a conference at the nearby CCD Ost and I couldn't have chosen better. The location is perfect for the CCD Ost, and there are a good set of restaurants nearby, with a shop for provisions. The house is in a very quiet area, away from the main road, and a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and the centre of the city. Highly recommended!"

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Besitzerin, die man allerdings vorher mit Angabe der Ankunftszeit anrufen muss, da der Empfang nicht permanent besetzt ist. Zimmer (unter der Dachschräge) sehr sauber und gut mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Wegen der Dachschräge ist die Kopfhaltung nicht immer optimal, aber für einige wenige Übernachtungsnächte erträglich. Zimmerservice hatten wir keinen, aber vielleicht ist das übers Wochenende normal. "Very large penthouse with plenty of space for large groups. It is very clean and looks brand new. Contact with Lars was pleasent and he responded very quickly when we had questions. Location is +/- 10 minutes walking distance from the city center and likewise from the train station. Plenty of parking space and easy access to the penthouse. It is unbelievable that you can rent a penthouse on such location, of such quality for such a low price. Can't wait to go back!"

"I really like the location, which makes it super easy to move. Main train station is just a couple of minute walk. Main shopping area is just 15 min walk. What i like the most that the apartment has all the basic amenities needed. Pool, sauna and well equipped gym. "
