"My family and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at George and Antonella’s beautiful home. This is not a typical vacation home, but an experience. The pool, the hot tub, the playground, and the farm animals all provided hours of entertainment for our kids and adults. The view over the valley is breathtaking, and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’d love to return someday."

"The apartment is spacious, quiet and fully equipped with comfortable furniture, kitchen supplies and good bedding. It is perfectly located by the sea with two beautiful beaches in the immediate neighborhood. The host Giorgio was very accomodating and attentive. He provided us with important information (where to shop for groceries/where to eat). He even prepared some local delicacies for us to eat. Yummy! The nine days my wife and me spent in Marina di Monica just flew by. We highly recommend...

"A very helpful and friendly host. The accommodation is in need of uprading. The external furniture was of poor quality plastic or old wood without any pads. There were no parasols. The waste disposal arrangements are inadequate. Air conditioning should be installed upstairs as a minimum. The steps up to the town are overgrown and totally unlit. This is not Lucio's fault but he should accurately describe the situation. The property has great potential. Lucio is a superb host"

"We enjoyed a relaxing week at Atem Villa. A wonderful good sized swimming pool, a really nice garden too. The amenities are outstanding, with great views. Also, we enjoyed trips to Modica and Ragusa where there are nice choices of places to eat and great evening atmosphere. Hosts were thoughtful. Everything was curated perfectly."

"This is a great location for anybody looking to explore the south east corner of Sicily. We were two families - each with 3 kids - and they were able to accommodate all of us. Pool is incredible! We used this place a home base to explore the beaches, Modica, Noto, and Syracuse. Need a car to get here. Highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Timpazza. This stunning traditional villa is fitted every modern, luxury amenity you could want. Set in rustic grounds, with an incredible infinity pool, entertaining and outside kitchen area. Every room in the villa has A/C and the host Antonella couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. "Exceptional on site Managers who did everything in their powers to make it a great holiday. The house itself was clean, functional and very well equiped. The plumbing however is very poor and the bedding needs a big upgrade for rates being charged"

A big outdoor area with different seating groups we used a lot. The property manager provided good information ahead of arrival. The contact person Michelle we met at check-in was fantastic. "The 5-star reviews are NOT too good to be true. From the immaculate accommodations to the well-equipped kitchen to the delightful farm tour, everyone in our 3-family group agree our host and the property made our stay a delight. The rural location was a welcome respite from the sometimes challenging driving conditions in the nearby towns, but it took a bit of planning to assure we picked up the goceries we needed when we decided to cook. "We loved staying at this cottage, right near the beach. Salvo couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! We initially were a little tentative because we didn't see other reviews on the property, but we were so glad that we ultimately booked this because it worked perfectly for our family of 4. Maria di Modica is a beautiful spot, the beach is gorgeous, and restaurants and the town is charming. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfy- highlight was our own terrace with hot tub- the view is jaw dropping, especially at night! Breakfast was good and they provide small bowls of snacks if you order from the bar- this was nice while lounging at the pool. Lots of free parking on the street. Getting down to Main Street Modica requires you use hundreds of steps. Just think of all the extra chocolate you can eat while you burn those calories. I’m sure a taxi could be called. The white tourist tram also goes by the hotel. "

"This was a great property with lovely rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Location is ok if you have a car. Great parking with either outside or underground for a small fee. Not close to town so you need a car or transportation to get to town. Not really a walkable location to see anything. But overall a great place to stay while visiting this area. "
