The house, conisting of 280sqm, has been renovated in 2018 and offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a very comfortable kitchen and a living room.
The property is located in a 3000 sqm amazing garden with beautiful carob trees and a stunning swimming pool.

Fabulous
Overall the villa was absolutely fabulous but there are things that could make it even better. Quality of furnishings could be better. Especially the beds which were uncomfortable. The pool needed a good clean. More kitchen equipment needed. As it was cloudy we had two days without hot water as the solar system wouldn’t work.

Beautiful House and Location
We loved the house and the location. The house was very clean and the pool was gorgeous. Perfect area for touring all the beautiful towns, Ragusa, Nota and Modica. We loved coming back to the house and make dinner after a long day of touring. Only area that could be improved is the check in/check out. The property manager was too rushed and disinterested. It would be so much easier if a kind note with instructions (house information, pool, garbage, air conditioning) and some niceties (local information) was left. Also FYI, guests need to supply own body/hand soap, paper towels, napkins & coffee filters and groceries. All and all, we had a really nice time.

What an amazing villa!!
We have stayed in lots of villas and this is by far the nicest. We were a party of 2 adults and 3 children, the villa is huge so would easily cope with 10 adults. The outside area is amazing, we made good use of the pool, bbq and terrace area. There are lots of amazing beaches some only 5 mins away as well as good restaurants and supermarkets. I could not recommend this villa enough and wouldn't hesitate to book again, we feel very lucky to have been able to stay here and definitely did not want to leave!!

Beautiful villa with great views
De villa lag op een groot mooi aangelegd perceel met veel bomen en natuurlijke schaduw. Heerlijk groot zwembad. Slaapkamers hadden allemaal airconditioning en eigen badkamer. Villa is ruim opgezet. Op een half uur rijden van de villa liggen steden zoals Modica, Noto en Ragusa. De villa heeft veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht.

Sehr schöne Villa für Familien
Wir waren vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (3 und 5). Die Organisation im Vorfeld mit der Agentur hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön ca. 5 km oberhalb von Pozzallo auf einer Anhöhe in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich noch einige Ferienhäuser in guter Distanz zueinander. Wir waren begeistert von der Größe des Hauses und des Grundstückes. Auch der neu erbaute Pool kann sich echt sehen lassen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab es Weil und Gebäck. Im Kühlschrank waren kalte Getränke und eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen, Essig/Öl usw waren vorhanden. Für Kinder absolut zu empfehlen, da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist. Wir haben einige Male den Grill genutzt. Auch während des Aufenthalts war die Agentur jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei Fragen unterstützt. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
