A space where you can relax and enjoy valuable time with loved ones and make some lasting memories, all while being secluded from the world in a paradise backyard. With fun activities and endless things to do with large groups.



The Space:

You will receive a 4 digit access code to enter the property



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the attached granny house, the private entrance and free parking on the premises. Enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, and the garden or backyard. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a game room, and a comfortable living area. The property also features a private pool, perfect for relaxation and fun.

Nestled in the tranquil, rural setting of Patterson, California, our property offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local amenities. You'll find a selection of local stores and restaurants within a short drive, perfect for stocking up on essentials or enjoying a casual meal. Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. For those flying in, the nearest major airport is Modesto City-County Airport (MOD), approximately a 30-minute drive. While Patterson doesn't have extensive public transit, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Consider renting a car to explore the surrounding areas at your leisure, including nearby cities like Modesto and Tracy. Driving directions and estimated travel times to local attractions will be provided upon request.



Other Things to Note:

For additional guests or visitors on site that are not pre-approved, they are charged at $150 per person. Pre-approved rates are much cheaper and protect the guest from having the stay terminated if the house rules or agreement are broken. For Pool pre-heating, we must be notified 24+ hours before check-in, as the pool heats at 1 degree per hour to ensure it is ready for your arrival and use.

A lot of parking, lots of space, beautiful house inside and out. We loved that there was a speaker for the inside and the outside. We loved the basketball court and mini golf. Will definitely book this house again.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this VRBO property! As the first guests, we felt incredibly lucky to experience this stunning home. The host went above and beyond, welcoming us with a thoughtful gift, which was such a lovely touch.The amenities are truly top-notch. The swimming pool was pristine and perfect for relaxing, and the game room with the pool table was a huge hit for some friendly competition. We also loved having access to the basketball court and the nearby golf course, which kept us entertained for hours.Inside, the rooms were spotless and felt very welcoming. It's clear that a lot of care has been put into maintaining this property. We had a fantastic time and can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a luxurious and fun-filled getaway.We are definitelty coming back to this property.
