"Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money."

"This house was beautiful and perfect for a weekend with friends. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed the scenic view from the back deck all weekend. Dan was very responsive from start to finish and we did not encounter any problems throughout our stay. I would highly recommend!"

"this was such a perfect location for exploring Minnewaska State Park, only like 10 minutes away (maybe less). great layout and comfy beds. really, really clean. the large deck with the hot tub was super peaceful. good restaurants nearby although we also used the well-stocked kitchen. the owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful and responsive- we didn't need them for anything since it was all done so professionally but they were happy to give great tips on things to do and places...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the house in August! The place is very clean, and contains all the necessities from appliances and cookware to bathroom/shower items. It’s in a walking distance to New Paltz center, so we didn’t even need a car to walk to our favorite bakery in the morning! We will be definitely booking this place again! Thank you! "
