"I am trying to get a duplicated payment, which was taken from Serramar reception in error and am having IMMENSE dificultirmes trying to have the payment reimbursed. My messages aren't being answered and am unable to contact the Serramar via telephone."

"The shower head was broken. I reported it and by morning they gave us a new one. A small TV which was busted but we could care less. The staff were generally nice and responsive. We never stay in Hostals but Malaga is full of tourists and price are elevated too much. "

"We totally loved the location of this hotel. It was a mere 2 min walk to the center plaza, food options were plenty and yet stayed very quiet and safe. A few things to keep in mind, if you get into Malaga after 3:30, you would need to check in to their sister hotel because the front desk person leaves at 3:30.
