"If you have any questions, you were warmly welcomed, I found it good that the service is well trained, some could even speak German. In the hotel itself there are offers every day for young and old, which I found particularly nice. We tolerated the food well, every day something different is offered. Very varied, many salads, different meat, rice, potatoes, pasta or fries to choose from. I can highly recommend the hotel, because even in bad weather it can be endured very well."

"The amount of palm was like an oasis after being in busy Istanbul. The food and dining there is phenomenal. There is a lovely pool and comfortable pool chairs to relax in. They have a great bar and the hotel itself is very well kept."

"Everything was perfect! Even though we were only there for one night, we were impressed by the facilities. The staff were friendly. As we had the breakfast option included with our night and had to leave very early they prepared a box lunch for us to eat before catching the plane. "

"All inclusive is worth it. Enjoyed the spa services as well - a little overpriced in my opinion but you will still enjoy it. Accommodations were clean and housekeeping was responsive. Had an issue with the staff not being culturally humble when I arrived and there was a misunderstanding that was offensive to me and was difficult to approach them after. "

"Very nice hotel. The property is clean,not brand new, but they take care good. Food was good to excellent. For what we pay you cannot fight the food. And the cookingchef is a friendly and person with many joke in body :) Ouer room always clean and we have room with own pool, they take care all day and clean. "Disappointing. Jacuzzi suite with sea view isn’t as shown on the photos, loads of unfinished areas, there is a sea view but you have to look past an area of the roof which looks abandoned to see it. Such a shame!"
