The room was updated big spacious with a view to die for. A big draw for me was the king size bed. In other countries it is so hard to find accommodations that offer a king size bed; it was so comfy!!! We sprung for a balcony overlooking the mountains/running river and we are soooooo glad we did!!! To wake up...

"Location is amazing. So close to everything you need. Easy access for tuktuk to go train station. Breakfast. Very nice omelet and coca tea. Room has view to center of hotel and valley view. Asked for hair dryer. Hotel helped me book a tuktuk to train station. Overall very nice stay. "

"The hotel was very good. Clean, everything in good condition. Linens, bath and bed sufficient and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English. Breakfast was eggs to order and plenty of other things that support. Couple of things should be noted. First: the hotel is a bit difficult to get to and taxis may not take you all the way to the hotel. If the taxi will not go all the way I suggest to go to the Plaza San Blas and then you walk from there. It’s not a long walk....

"This is a great hotel that is clean and equipped with all you need for your stay in Cusco. Every single member of the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful! "Lovely property in the old town Cusco and close walk to the square and everything old town cusco has to offer. Our room was comfortable and everything worked. Hot tea was available in the courtyard and breakfast was reasonable. Its a beautiful property. Our biggest complaint is that the people in the room above us were very loud for our entire stay...sounded like they were constantly moving furniture or dragging suitcases or jumping around up there which made it a bit difficult to sleep. ...

"A truly great hotel with an unbeatable location in Cusco. But the absolute highlight is the team: the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You feel perfectly taken care of right from the start. The only minor quirk is that they lock the front door quite early in the evening, meaning you have to wake someone up if you come back late at night. However, because the staff is so warm and welcoming even then, you really don't mind it at all. Highly recommended!"

"Great colonial hotel in a good location. It was close enough to walk to the main square and restaurants but far enough away from them to be quiet. It has a beautiful inner courtyard with a garden. The balcony was nice for sitting to enjoy the view of the City. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They provided a heater since it was a little cold at night.
