"Cheap, ice cold a/c, comfy beds and close to freedom factory🇺🇸 parking lot seemed safe with no foot traffic. Only gripe was no mini fridge"

"We had reserved a one week stay a month ago. Then our flight was changed and we ended up having to arrive the night before at 1 am. We were exhausted and hungry. The young lady went above and beyond to try to get us a King size room so we could just sleep in and not change rooms. However, none of the King rooms were available. Thankfully the room we did receive was clean and we were happy to be there. The next day they tried to get us in early and we decided to visit a family member and came back later. When we came back and got our room...it was perfect. We had chosen the optional upgrade if it was available. We lucked out...it was available!! The room was way above perfect. It was clean, roomy, and it had evrrything we wanted. We are now Hilton members. And I have this hotel to thank. Excellent hotel."

"Apartment was very nice and clean. Could use more towels. Pedestal sink in bathroom is inconvenient, no place to put your personal items. Pool and hot tub were excellent. "

"The property has a beautiful view and we loved sitting on the lanai. The rest of the home was a could have used a little TLC. Little things like toilet paper holder falling off the wall. No instructions or welcome booklet with suggestions for restaurants or things to do in the area. The worst problem we had was the master bedroom which had a totally different bed then shown in the photos. The bed was on a platform that was practically on the floor and very hard to get in and out of. We wound up switching to the other bedroom which only had a full size bed. Also, we could have used some nightlights for the bathroom and instructions on how to use the tv!"

"The Expedia listing said “pay at property,” but I was charged through Expedia and then charged again by the hotel for the stay. On top of that, there were several hidden fees that were never clearly disclosed. The hotel charged $25 per day for parking in an almost empty lot, plus extra amenity fees for basic features that should already be included. The pools and other amenities were nothing special and did not justify the added cost. The food was overpriced for the quality, and I even found a bug in my room. Overall, the experience felt misleading and far more expensive than expected. Travelers should be aware of the extra charges before booking."

"We loved the spacious home, the pool table and fishing out back. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from amenities. The drive to the ocean could be long due to traffic but well worth the trip to the white sand beaches on the island. The home was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with."

"This was a very nice home and the perfect location on the Terra Ceia Bay. Communication with the owner was seamless. The kitchen came well stocked with everything you could need for a stay. The pool was beautiful and the westerly exposure made for great sunsets. There was a kayak to use and even a few fishing poles. I would recommend this location with no reservation and look forward to a possible future stay. "
