"This was a very nice home and the perfect location on the Terra Ceia Bay. Communication with the owner was seamless. The kitchen came well stocked with everything you could need for a stay. The pool was beautiful and the westerly exposure made for great sunsets. There was a kayak to use and even a few fishing poles. I would recommend this location with no reservation and look forward to a possible future stay. "

"Never again. They have a parking fee in little ole Palmetto, FL. This is a town that doesn’t even charge for street parking! The resort fee is a joke. I’ve seen management reply and try to defend this resort fee to other reviewers, I don’t buy it. The hotel is not on the ocean and not on the River. They claim to supply fishing poles. For the cost of the rooms, this should never have been added. I will never be back and will let everyone we know about these extra fees. Shame on the owners of this hotel. When I checked to see if all Marriott’s charged resort fees, I got this response from Google. No, not all Marriott hotels charge a resort fee. Only a minority of the over 8,300 properties—fewer than 300—levy these fees, which are often called "destination" or "amenity" fees. Mandatory resort fees, ranging from daily, are generally found at leisure-focused resorts, not standard business hotels."

"Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. Dirty, foul odor, and overall unsafe vibes - very ghetfo-like. The room was awful: mildew everywhere, bugs, an unclean bed, mold, rust, and even holes in the walls. Just disgusting. I would've canceled, but because I booked through Expedia, I couldn't. I ended up staying only about four hours, didn't sleep, didn't shower, didn't even change clothes. As soon as the sun came up, I left. Terrible experience. Stay far away"

"This is the most peaceful, beautiful home. All appliances & home furnishings are top of the line. Fenced in back yard perfect for relaxing with pets or kids. Close to beaches,activities & an amish market near was amazing. We will be back again. "
