Food in restaurant excellent with good selection of local wines and all at a reasonable price. Rooms varied but ones with a view best if available. Spa and indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool. Staff helpful. A small priceless part of local area. Worth staying here if in area. "

"The bathroom was exfremely small. It was difficult to get to the shower. This was located at the end of a very narrow bathroom. Just next to the shower, there a sink on the right side. I had 30/40cm to get into the shower, not nice. Also, the wc very close to the radiator/heating. My left knee was touching it. Considering it was hot, i could not sit comfortably at the wc. Last, the receptionist did not let me pay the local tax by debit card/bancomat. I had to pay in cash and the chat with the receptionist was not pleasant."

"beautiful property, the staff its very pleasant and try to accompany your needs. we traveled with small children and they helped us with all our requests. the hotel has a restaurant on site and dinner was delicious. Also on reception area they have a mini bar ans prepare couple drinks and nice lounge area to enjoy it. i highly recommended. its a very short and easy drive from Assisi and has beautiful views of the city and the mountains. my only small complaint it was the bed was very hard..:(. but some people like it. I recommend it. "
