"The room was ADORABLE. It was so cute and comfortable. It was so quiet even though it was fully booked. The staff was lovely and so helpful. The building is great. Though Parking is around the corner it’s easy to get to and easy to access. We will return FOR SURE. Highly recommend. "

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The property was conveniently located for walks around the river and downtown. I wasn't sure about the bed...it seemed too soft when sitting on it but I had a great night's sleep so it was just fine. The property was well kept...except for some trash around the building. I Would stay here again. "

Our plans had changed and staff did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by providing nearby alternatives. We would absolutely stay again. "

"The Steam Plant Hotel is a good place to stay. However, the breakfast didn't meet me expectations of what a 'breakfast included' should be. It wasn't in the hotel. It was down the street in a restaurant. You got to pick a limited number of items from the menu for free, or get a discount off the rest of the breakfast menu. What was really disappointing was that they charged you for coffee! If you walked back to the hotel, you could get coffee for free at the snack room."

"This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well done Holiday Inn Spokane Downtown and keep up the great work. You're all stars!!"

"So convenient for convention center events. Riverside trail is great for walking. The Osprey restaurant is good eats 😋 "
