"Professional and friendly staff. Stayed one night before my flight at NRT airport the next day. I had breakfast included. I showed up 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and it looked like they were already getting things done for the morning. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my breakfast pass in my room, one of the staff members asked for my room number instead."

"Excellent hotel with excellent facilities. The rooftop hot spring is large and there is an indoor and outdoor section. The breakfast is also very good, with two styles to choose from: Western (buffet) and Japanese (kaisen-don). Last, there is a Lawson connected to the hotel and the train station is 5 mins walk. At the train station, there is a bus that will take you to either Narita or Haneda airport (~45mins), and if you want to go to Tokyo, it’s also around 1h of transit time."
