"Overall our stay was wonderful and we would come back. The hut was very clean when we arrived. The automated emails were a little clunky before we arrived but we didn't have any problems getting into the hut. We had one minor issue during the stay with our door code but we were able to get a very quick answer which made it a pleasant experience. Depending on the hut you are in (I believe the odd numbers) the back of your hut faces a hotel. The lights at night from the hotel will shine into your windows in the back bedroom but doesn't impact the rest of the hut. This didn't bother us but worth noting in case you like it completely dark while sleeping. Having two bathrooms is a nice feature. The loft is perfect for kids. Overall a great place to consider staying at. "

"Amazing place! Super clean, everhthing as advertised. Easy to get to. Will absolutely be back with friends since theres so much space!The hallway bathroom shower faucet and knob need re sealed and are real loose. Such a small thing and not a problem, but other than that everything was perfect! "

"Very nice place. It was clean and perfect for our needs. we were especially glad it had a cooler that we could use, a coffee maker and some coffee, as well as soap for dishes and washing machine detergent . We were a 5 min drive to Moab. Moab has great places to get dinner, coffee and shop.also a grocery store. We used Moab as a home base while we went to Arches, Capital Reef, and Canyonlands. These are just some FYIs... this is not a "lived in" Verbo. Just basics. Bring your own ziplock bags and tin foil. Their fridge does not have an ice maker or water filter. It does have ice trays. We were hiking in August and needed a ton of water so we bought gallons of water and ice before we left. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to use it. Overall I would stay there again. "

"Lovely property with huge green lawn nestled at the foot of the mountain range. A green and cozy oasis in one of the most breathtaking places of the US. It was clean, kitchen well equipped and we loved the outdoor seating. The best place to relax after an active day in The Arches.Would definitely recommend!"
