The fully-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances for cooking homemade meals for the whole family. New, stainless steel appliances are at your disposal in the bright and airy kitchen. The spacious living room features a flat-screen TV with cable and a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Edge of the Rim is the perfect base for exploring all that Moab has to offer. After a long day of hiking or biking, come back to relax in comfort and luxury. We look forward to your stay!

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Please note that there is a video doorbell on the front patio and a camera in the garage. These devices help protect both the owner and the renter.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.

Pricing for your vacation rental is determined on a number of factors, including length of stay and party size. Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate the correct quote, and so we can make sure you are properly accommodated during your stay. You will need to continue to the booking area, and input your party size, in order to receive an accurate quote.
