A beautiful, unique new construction 2 bed 2 bath home. The home backs on to a bluff with amazing privacy. The two double patio doors and fully opening cafeteria window allow a clear path to the stunning views over the town and La Sal mountains. The house is fitted retro / vintage style with all modern amenities. Parking for several cars is offered along with a 800 sq ft partially covered deck.
The house is less than a half mile off main street in an elevated, secluded location near the Sunflower Bed and Breakfast. Moab's Main street, with all of the coffee shops, restaurants and stores is a 5 minutes walk. Arches National Park is 5.8 miles away by car or bike path; 0.4 miles to moonflower co-op and main street restaurants; 1.0 mile to the Moab Rec Center.
This home is zoned for monthly rentals only.

Five Stars All Around!
This home in Moab is an absolute gem! The attention to detail both inside and outside make you want to cozy up and stay for a long time! Set up on the hillside, you wake to the view of Moab and the red rocks. Right behind the house is a beautiful bluff to climb with the ability to walk and walk and walk! The home has all the amenities you would need, and the retro style is just the coolest! Once you step out on the porch, you won’t want to leave! There are cozy couches, eating tables, chaise lounges, a fire pit and birds filling the birdfeeders all around you. We spent so much time out there enjoying the views! Walking into town takes only a few minutes and you’re surrounded by incredible hiking and biking trails. There is so much to do that after four weeks, I had done something different every day! The owners are incredibly communicative and offer a great deal of recommendations. Truly, a five star plus rental!

Perfect Moab Base Camp
We have long wanted to visit and explore Moab and all the fabulous natural wonders that are like being on another world. Michael and Suzanne’s home was just perfect for relaxing after a full day of blissful wandering and for reloading for the next day’s adventures. The views from the 360 degree patio including backing up to your own mountain were more than we could have imagined. And the convenience (easy walking distance) to the bustling Main St and its shops and restaurants was icing on the cake! The hosts responsiveness and recommendations were an important part of making our month in Moab a trip we will always remember! We highly recommend this property as your perfect Moab base camp!

Secret Gem in Desert
This property is absolutely amazing!! The home is full of character---it's an "inside/outside" style of living with a huge entertaining deck with panoramic views of the beautiful area of Moab. It is convenient to walking to all shops, restaurants, parks, creeks, groceries, etc. It is private and the birds are nothing but a pleasant song in the mornings and evenings. Although I was working for the 2 months we stayed here, I enjoyed this home as a vacation:) We entertained and everyone simply loved it and came back again and again. Will defeinitely come to stay here next year!

Unbeatable location and views in Moab
For me, this place is all about the amazing vantage point of Moab from up on a hill, plus the perfect outdoor deck from which to enjoy that view. The location is perfect -- walking distance to Main St restaurants and shops and the food truck park. The house is not huge, but very comfortable for 4 people. The hosts responded promptly to all questions. The yard is not fenced, but we were able to let our dog roam free while we were home as the property is beyond the dead end of a street (the paved street ends and you curve up onto a short unpaved private section), so there is no car traffic up to the house. Plus, the house is up on a hill on its own, so it's more private and isolated than most properties. Our dog is the type that doesn't run too far away from us, so it wasn't a problem at all to let him be off-leash. We had a great stay!

Best stay in Moab!
Our stay at Suzanne’s and Mike’s place was amazing! The location makes you feel like you’re both a world away and right in the middle of it all. We often walked down into town — just .3 miles — and then just as easily were able to retreat to our hilltop oasis and enjoy the spectacular, dramatic moab landscape. The patio is to die for, there are gorgeous views from every window in the house, and the place itself was tastefully and warmly decorated. Also: the tub!! Best baths ever. Suzanne and Mike were thoughtful and respectful hosts. They checked in on us a few times over text (it was a long stay) to make sure we had everything we needed but also gave us 100% privacy. All in all it was such a great time at the perfect location. Highly highly recommend. Thank you for having us!!

Glorious house with an incredible location!!
This property will become one of the most popular spots in Moab!!! The house has beautiful decor and we loved the combination of vintage with modern amenities. The great room is a perfect place to hang out with friends and family. The deck is my dream deck and it looks over the town of Moab and you also get a view of the rocks across the way and the La Sal Mountains. The views are also visible from the great room and the Primary Bedroom. The internet/WiFi was high speed and I had no trouble at all working from there. I was hesitant at first to book this place, since I did not see any other reviews, but the host communicated to me that they just finished building it in 2021. We were beyond thrilled when we walked into the place. Not only was the house AMAZING, but the location was perfect!!! It was far enough from town to get away from the noise, but it was close enough to walk or ride your bike into town, which we did every evening!! The hosts are definitely Super Host with how welcomed they made us feel and their communications. We would not change a thing and we would highly recommend it!! In fact, we loved it so much we already booked again for next year, because once this place is found it will be booked out for sure.
