Welcome to The Lookout hosted by Moab Utah Properties. This third floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. The Lookout is 3 bedroom, 3 bath, a fully equipped deluxe kitchen, private decks on both the east and west side of the building, and a Weber grill. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom and the third queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom.

-All condominiums have a private deck / patio with a gas grill
-Best of all you are located just off Main Street in the heart of downtown Moab.
Guests have private access to the entire unit 5 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 5. The bike wash is shared with the other 4 units in the building.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.
We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.
57 Robber`s Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets.
57 Robber`s Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment and bicycle wash: all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside.
If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to go anywhere not located right downtown. Moab Area Transit is also an option.
