The hot tub is open as of Feb 14th. The pool is scheduled to open March 27th.
If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

Skip the hotels and come relax in this quiet, comfortable unit with stunning views. Located just 5 miles south of Moab, this home has been furnished with your needs in mind. Family friendly unit with board games and an inventory of over 300 DVD's. Oversized driveway provides plenty of room for vehicles, trailers and ORV. There are 3 bedrooms, (king, queen, and 2 twin beds) plus a sofa sleeper. The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show. This unit has recently updated furniture, mattresses and most appliances. In 2019, Rim Vistas Resort added a beautiful new pool and lounge area.

The walled patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs. There's a private balcony off the master suite. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines)

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

The townhome is equipped with Wireless internet, Netflix and all televisions have cable.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
