"I really enjoyed my stay at Riad Baddi. I stayed for 3 nights and was treated very well. The room was well appointed, quiet and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was adequate with as much hot water as I wanted. The riad itself has a kind of understated homeliness which I really appreciated. The staff were all attentive and polite and helped answer my questions on many occasions. The breakfast was superb and although there wasn’t much choice; it provided me with everything I needed for the day and was served in a lovely salon. Despite being tucked away in Sale, it was no bother to get a taxi anywhere and the train station in Sale was only a km away. Be prepared to walk with your luggage a few hundred meters as the riad is not accessible by car. Overall I was highly recommend a stay here for a traveller who is watching their budget and wants to feel safe and well cared for."

"The Hammam spa followed by a 45-minute massage was exquisite. Wonderful experience. My wife and I enjoyed the full-body scrub thoroughly. "

Very comfortable and convenient. • There is no AC/heating units in the rooms. Only in the living room. I went in April, so we did not need it. • The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. "I saw the negative reviews for this apartments but decided to give it a chance. The listing stated that it was 15 minutes walking distance to Hassan tower, this was not at all true, it was a fair distsnce walk from the tower. The room promised a hair dryer, there was none. The iron was burnt and rusty. The hot water became cold as soon as one person showered. And the icing on the cake was that the apartment was crawling with ants! There was an ant infestation!! Absolutely disgusting. I was travelling with my elderly mother and two small children. "

"Please see other review for explanation of what was not good about hotel in general. But for this specific stay, the date was booked incorrectly. I immediately changed the reservation and informed Relax hotel of the situation via a phone call. Relax told me over the phone that I would be able to receive a refund if I spoke to reception about it in person at check in. But then they refused this upon checking in. Awful stay on top of everything else."
