"It was very nice hotel suited to my needs with aircon which was very timely during the peak of heatwave. I will book again in the future. What I like was that, the phone in my room has my name, which was a very personalised touch. Quite happy with it. The room was clean, toilet is quite good as well. Very nice room."

"Good hotel, helpful staff, great location just a walk away from town center with grocery and food. Only thing was there’s no floor towel for outside the bath - seriously consider adding that pls, if not for hygiene, then for safety - wouldn’t want anyone walking around with wet feet right after a shower."

"The hotel is located within 4 minute walk to bus stops and to the city center. The breakfast and afternoon fika are great. The dinner is okay and there is plenty of salad and soup to keep hunger at bay. The room was clean. When checking in, the hotel staff informed us that the keycards were not working due to a system malfunction, but this issue was fixed the following Monday morning. The hotel lobby is a relaxing and welcoming place, and there is free coffee available throughout the day!"
