Lying near the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area, this elegant chalet in Mittersill is ideal for a large family or a group. It can accommodate 7 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It has a private sauna to relax and ski boot heaters to keep the chills away.

For nature lovers, the lake is 8 km whereas forest lies 100 m from the stay. The local grocery store is 5 km from the apartment. The nearest restaurant is 100 m away. Active holidaymakers can go walking and enjoy skiing during winters. Moor Alm Restaurant lets you book lunch and dinner in advance, but the service is limited to winters only.

A terrace and shared garden offer amazing outdoor time with your closed ones. Central and floor heating ensure you stay warm indoors. This chalet offers children’s bed and high chair for the little ones. A parking slot and garage are available for the guests. Please make sure that you dispose off your rubbish and switch on the dishwasher if there are any used dishes.

Tolle Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet (nur keine Waschmaschine und Trockner). Von privatem Eigentümer und daher gemütliche Einrichtung, Bücher und Spiele, Fernseher in allen Zimmern. Gutes WLAN für diejenigen, die es zu schätzen wissen. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf den NP Hohe Tauern, andere Seite der Wohnung, aber nur viel Verkehrslärm von der Hauptstraße störend, wenn sich die Fenster nachts öffnen. Im Juni ist es in der Apartmentanlage sehr ruhig, nur wenige Wohnungen sind belegt. Die angrenzende Gondelbahn öffnet erst Ende Juni, das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist außerhalb der Wintersaison geschlossen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren und für Ausflüge. Brauche für Einkäufe usw. immer das Auto, Mittersill liegt 8 km entfernt im Tal.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und die Gegend war schön. Die Zusatzkosten waren ehrlich gesagt etwas hoch, aber das wird im Voraus angedeutet.
