This cosy holiday flat is located on the sun-drenched slopes of Mittersill in Salzburgerland! This charming accommodation not only offers a breathtaking view of Mittersill, but also serves as an ideal base for a relaxing and eventful holiday.
The holiday flat is located on the second floor and impresses with a spacious living and dining room, which is connected to an open-plan kitchen. Modern and flooded with light, the living area invites you to linger and relax. The balcony offers a marvellous view, ideal for enjoying the sun with a coffee in the morning or winding down the day in the evening. You also have your own infrared sauna at your disposal.
The location of the holiday flat is ideal in both summer and winter. The ski bus is just 300 metres from the house and takes you comfortably to the Kitzbühel ski area. Unforgettable days on the piste await you there. Tobogganing and cross-country skiing are also on the programme in winter. But the surrounding area also offers numerous opportunities away from winter sports. In summer, you can explore the marvellous nature while hiking or mountain biking.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Moderne Wohnung mit einem relativ kleinen Balkon, auf dem man nur zu zweit sitzen kann. Die Fotos zeigen hauptsächlich die Wohnung im 1. Stock, aber eigentlich handelt es sich nur um den 2. Stock. Aussicht sehr schön, man blickt aber auch auf einen Misthaufen des Hofes. Es verursacht auch viel Fliegen. Ansonsten gut und gute Lage.
