"Very well situated hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. It has an African theme which was very cool. We found the room a bit dark and beds a bit high but just a personal opinion. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our check-in was not smooth...we arrived at 1pm after a very long flight then a train from Zurich to Strasburg, so up almost 24 hours. We went to the front desk and was brusquely told by the woman we could not check-in until 3pm. We asked if there was perhaps just 1 room ready (we had 2 rooms reserved), again rudely told only at 3pm. Then we had to ask if we could at least store our luggage. Not once did she suggest anything...we roamed the hotel on our own & eventually had lunch at the restaurant (excellent food). We then patiently waited in the lobby until 3pm & was served by another lady who was sympathetic to our interaction with her colleague. All that aside, the rooms are generous in size, the balconies have a tanle & 2 chairs & a somewhat fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom again quite large. It is located somewhat outside of the city but we secured the same taxi each morning to bring us into town."

"Parfaitement situé et assez en retrait des foules de touristes pour avoir le sentiment d’être dans un lieu de paix. La cour intérieure est divisée en sections fumeurs et non fumeurs; c’est très agréable quand on ne fume pas. La décoration est de très bon goût."

"Room was nice and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Tram into town center only 6 minute walk. Free parking was not an issue for myself."

"Great location and very reasonably priced for the amenities you get. I would stay here again. Shower and bathroom facilities good and own fridge with kettle and teas supplied. Temperature control for room simple to use. Only thing I would of liked more of is pillows. Could of asked for more but could not be bothered as minor complaint. Great place to stay on a budget."
