"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. The service and food are really high class,everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The spa is simply great. We had a car so driving to the better ski areas,5minutes drive,was very easy. The bus stop also is next to the hotel and can take you everywhere,buses are every 10 minute. We had a great and memorable time."

"We chose this hotel because it said it was 10 miles from Lech. When we went to drive to it, google maps is showing it is over a 2 hour drive away. Needless to say, we did not stay at the hotel as contrary to what was listed on the site, it is not near Lech. When we went to cancel our reservation, there was no answer from the hotel. Currently dealing with Hotels.com to get a refund."
