"This was my second time to stay. The only downside is that the exterior was under construction so the windows were blurred out. Very clean. Great amenities. Tea in the room - no coffee Microwave on 5th floor where ice machine is Perfect location"

"The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. There is one indoor pool and one outdoor pool, so the facilities are relatively limited in size. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with good food and welcoming service."

"The hotel is right next to the train station, which is very convenient if youβre traveling around the area. The rooftop onsen is small but great for relaxing your muscles after a long day of walking. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfasts Iβve had, there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very helpful, they helped me figure out my luggage shipment."
