The views from the room was beyond picturesque, it was one of those moments when you just sip your coffee and just look at the sun riseing up out of the ocean with the volcanic looking island scattered along the cost and think this is something. "We loved our stay in this ryokan, in a traditional Japanese style but nice to see it is being run by young people! We arrived early, so we were able to use their free bikes for a lovely ride around the whole island. Next, we relaxed in the private hot bath spa. The dinner of several courses was also just delicious - all fresh, local ingredients and traditional yet experimental. The rooms are minimally and nicely decorated. We got exactly the peaceful and typical experience we were looking for...

"It is a dirty room. We found blood mark on the bedding, used amenity package on the cupboard. The building is in a very quiet residual area, but it is too dark nearby. It takes around 10 mins walking to Hakata station."
