"Hotel was clean, friendly staff, excellent location/within easy walking distance to Fiserv Forum and Brewers Watch Party/Deer District which was the reason for our visit to Milwaukee. Excellent complimentary breakfast with many food choices - not a typical hotel continental breakfast. Valet service connected with hotel also had excellent customer service and car was same condition as when arrived, no scratches or ill-treatment as some reviews described in earlier reviews. Car was ready for...

"Had an excellent experience! Very clean room and pleasant staff. Enjoyed the location near American Family Field and not too far from downtown Milwaukee!"

"Rooms were very clean . Breakfast was excellent. Decorated with beautiful antiques . Very charming interior. There was quite a bit of traffic noise from the neighborhood . Windows in my room were in poor repair and did not close properly. This made the traffic noise worse."

"clean room great casino recommend this place"

"Every time I go to Milwaukee on business in the fall and winter, I always stay at the Ironhorse hotel. Great hotel, great location, and very affordable."

"Great hotel, history and staff"

"Room was excellent. Although the gym was too close to rooms (room 640) to be a 24 hour gym. Weights dropping late at night was too loud."

"Breakfast was good. Construction going on so elevators not working. No ice."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff. Only negative is that while housekeeping came to drop off more bottles of water that we would be charged for if opening, The didn't bother to even remake our bed. I didn't expect new linens, but I would at minimum expect the bed remade of they intruded into my room."

"Rooms are clean & comfortable! Location is great just outside the 3rd Ward & everything within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!"

"Good location"

"We had someone harassing us in the night and hiding under our peephole in the door and calling us pretty and wouldn’t leave us alone. We called front desk about it and eventually cautiously made our way downstairs to talk to the lady and it took nearly 3 hours to be moved to a different room. She belittled our concerns and told an entirely different story to her manager on the phone. It made my sister and I feel very unsafe and they refused to give us our money back when we said we were leaving...

"Close to all the activities in downtown Milwaukee. Great location to walk everywhere from 3rd ward and Milwaukee Market to FiServ Forum. Close to shopping, theatres and fabulous dining. The lobby store needs an update and expansion of products available. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. It’s very clean and the breakfast buffet has great options."

"My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. It is a very beautiful place and we felt welcome! Getting in and out was simple and the room was clean and very comfortable!. Our hosts were kind and it’s such a unique place. We will surely be back!"
