"The overall stay: The Reception Managers were Excellent especially helpful carrying our Heavy case to the third floor Attic room 23 overlooking a flat roof garden below. The Suite was excellent but the carpet needed to be replaced. The inclusive Breakfast was plentiful and served by happy Staff. Although there was not a lift my wife’s Mobility scooter was carried into reception and carried back to the front of the hotel for my wife to use during the day. We would definitely be happy to stay again. "

"We had a wonderful three night stay at The Plume of feathers. We were three girlfriends who stayed In a gorgeous family room. It was designed and decorated beautifully. The bed a and linen were comfortable and we slept like logs. Lovely nesoresso coffee machine. Bottles of water every day. Open shower was interesting so you need to get on very well if you use these rooms. The gardens are very Lovely around and the pub has a Fab atmosphere and the food was also exceptional. We loved the staff. They were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was yummy and everything was available. They changed things for our dietary requirements. Lovely coffees for Breakfast. Lots of parking. Driveable to all destinations around Newquay. We will be back with our other halves as we loved it so much. Thanks for a Fab weekend. "

"This is gem of a hotel for those looking to stay in Truro. A 10min walk gets you into the town centre, but the hotel feels a world away surrounded by lush gardens. A beautiful historic building that’s been decorated to a high standard. Staff were helpful - and I’m not sure how I managed it, but we got an upgrade to the Bishop Suite - a jaw-dropping room and a bathroom with twin claw foot tubs. Breakfast was good and so were the cocktails. "

Staff was very welcoming and professional. Particular credit to the the restaurant service: amazing quality for price, served with excellent professionality. Congratulations."
