"We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s 10th birthday on a long holiday weekend. House was beautiful and host gave us a list of many recommendations in the area. The only problem we had was that there were only 2 bedrooms. It was listed as 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom is locked and inaccessible by guests. There is a den with a futon on the second floor which worked, but was looking forward to 2 separate bedrooms for my 4 children. Otherwise, wonderful property !"

"We drove by the drive on the way up 56, but look for the well house columns and you’ll be able to find it. We were hoping to do some fishing and relax by a pond in nature but were saddened to find that the pond is probably 20-30yards from the road and being a state route was highly traveled. With that said we did catch 27 fish (3 small catfish, 2 8” Bass and 22 bluegills all very small. We ended up throwing all them back. We had fun but was very noisy at pond. We rented this property as a place to watch the eclipse with family, and really loved the quiet location and comfortable accommodations. We're glad we were there for 3 days to really soak it up.
