"Been a number of years since I last stayed at the Earl, but will be my go to when in the area for sure. Rooms were comfortable, well equipped and in immaculate condition. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and breakfast was incredible. Special shout out to the eggs royale, lovely to have some healthy breakfast choices along with the usual full English - which looked equally good! Many thanks to all!"

"Second time I've stayed at Woodcocks. Absolutely wonderful. I can't think of anything at all to say against it. Nice rooms, fabulous restaurant, great food and service, plenty of outdoor space/seating and a very attractive price. Just brilliant. We'll be staying again."
