Our group of three (2 adults and 1 child) loved our stay here! The size was perfect, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we could have needed, and being able to sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning was a little slice of heaven.

It was a great place to stay. It was 2 blocks from family that we were visiting. The deck was a great place for dinner. It also was a short drive to different areas where went hiking.

This cute, newly built townhouse was in a perfect area for us. It was clean and modern with a great balcony to relax on. The owners left a notebook with all kinds of details about places to eat and visit. We got suggestions from their recommendations daily! We would happily stay here again.

What an absolute gem! This little modern home has the best layout. A wonderful deck, bathroom and bedrooms are fantastic, so’s the kitchen. While we only had a couple days id be happy living here for ever!

Nice home close to everything. Had some trouble with the smoke detectors that need attention. The heating system was a little tricky but the space heater really helped. Beds were very comfy

The property was perfect. We were centrally located to everything that we needed to see. We were in town to look at housing for a daughter who will be attending university of Montana the next two years. The beds were super comfy and we had everything that we could possibly need. Kim was a great host and would I guess there’s a bathroom straight back get back to us in a very quick manner when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again.

This little Missoula townhouse was cute, and we'd have considered booking it often if it had been more functional. The heating system was inadequate, so we were in jackets and sweaters the whole time we were there. Even the added space heater in the living area never got the temperature above 69 degrees, and the chilly upstairs bathroom made showering less than ideal.The tub/shower combo requires a tall step-over into a deep soaking tub, which, frankly, was super slippery. Without any grab bars, it felt pretty perilous to both my spouse and me. The smart television in the living room would not connect to WiFi so three days of streaming news on our computers was the only option.Such a bummer, as it's close to our kids' home.

We loved the Franklin to the Fort house. It had all the amenities one could hope for. Although it is next to a local arterial, the neighborhood is clean and quiet. The house was spotless and ready for us to move in. Kim was spot on with check-in information and responded to my suggestions for future guests. We'd stay there again in a minute!

This is my third stay at 'Little Blue' as our son lives nearby on S. Garfield and we travel to Missoula from NH. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the upper patio, met friendly neighbors, cooked many meals in the well-stocked kitchen (did contribute a salad spinner!) Used HDMI cable to stream programs to wall-mounted monitor. Appreciated laundry and lovely shower. Quiet neighborhood, some minimal commuter traffic on Johnson; free city bus stop there takes you all over town! Good Food Store is a 5' walk for all fresh needs, incl excellent selection of wine & beer. Host Kim was a pleasure to work with as ever, she made sure Evolve had my reservation as I wished. Highly recommend this delightful spot in a lively, friendly small city!

The townhome is in a great location -- everything we wanted to do or see was just a few minutes away. The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some) to cook and have meals there. We appreciated the recommendations of local eateries. Staying there was a pleasure.
